Benediktiner Weissbier is a traditional German hefeweizen (wheat-beer) still produced at the Ettal Abbey, founded April 28, 1330.

Pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with hints of honey and fruits, leading with notes of bananas and raisins.
